1. Entrust a logistics company

2. Book space
The logistics company, based on customer needs, submits a shipment request to the railway freight department of the CR Express, books the train and empty containers, and simultaneously purchases cargo insurance to ensure the safety of the entire cargo transportation process.
3. Prepare goods and documents
The customer packs the goods in advance and prepares customs clearance documents, including contract, invoice, packing list, declaration elements, commodity code, customs declaration authorization letter, and other relevant documents. Depending on the export goods, some items may also require inspection applications, health certificates, and other documents. Goods and customs declaration documents must be prepared in advance to avoid delays in shipment time and unnecessary delay costs caused by loading or customs clearance issues.
4. Pick up containers and load goods
Vehicles are arranged according to the time agreed with the customer to pick up the container at the factory for loading. During loading, photos must be taken as required, goods are secured, and after loading, the container door is sealed. The container is then transported back to the designated drop-off location at the railway freight station.
5. Customs clearance
After the container arrives at the freight station, the entrusted logistics company handles customs clearance. The customs declaration form is entered based on the documents provided by the customer. After being reviewed and confirmed by the customer, the declaration is submitted to customs for clearance procedures. The goods can only be loaded and shipped after customs release.
6. Container loading and dispatch
After customs clearance, the railway freight station arranges the loading and unloading of the container. The train departs according to schedule after loading is completed.
7. Transportation process
The CR Express travels along the predetermined route, passing through China, Central Asia, Russia, Europe, and other countries and regions. During transportation, the train passes through different border stations. The logistics company tracks the en-route status of the cargo in real time, maintains communication with the customer, and provides timely updates on the transportation situation.
8. Payment and container release
Before the container arrives at the station, the logistics company issues an invoice for the customer to pay. Once payment is made, the container release is arranged, allowing for timely customs clearance procedures upon arrival, handling formalities, container pick-up, and delivery.
9. Arrival and unloading
After the train arrives at the foreign destination station and is unloaded, the local consignee arranges customs clearance, container pick-up, and delivery.
