1. Passive Quota Management

An import tariff quota refers to not imposing restrictions on the absolute amount of goods imported, while granting low-tax, reduced-tax, or tax-free treatment to imported goods within the specified quota; for imported goods exceeding the quota, higher tariffs are levied.
