V. Contract Amendment and Extension

(I) Basic Procedure:
 
Approval by Economic and Trade Department 
 
--> Submit changes to the Customs Service Center for pre-entry 
 
--> Customs Review

--> Issuance of "Change Contact Note for Ledger" 
 
--> Receipt from Bank of China Ledger 
 
--> Remote Transmission 
 
--> Print the Contract Modification Approval Form after successful transmission. 
 
(II) Required Documents 
 
1. Complete the "Contract Amendment Application Form" or "Contract Extension Application Form," stamped with the official seal of the operating entity.
 
2. The amended or extended contract. 
 
3. Approval documents from the competent foreign economic and trade authority. 
 
4. "Registration Manual." 
 
5. Application report and other documents required by Customs. 
 
Note: For contracts where the nature of trade and type of goods remain unchanged, the amendment amount is less than USD 10,000 (including USD 10,000), or the processing period extension does not exceed three months based on the original approved contract, procedures can be handled directly with Customs and Bank of China without re-approval from the foreign economic and trade authority. Applications for contract extension shall be submitted to Customs within the validity period of the "Registration Manual." 
 
VI. Management of Bonded Warehouse Goods 
 
(I) Documents to be provided for inbound goods:
 
1. Enterprise application report. 
 
2. Contract for the stored goods. 
 
3. Invoice and packing list. 
 
4. Approval form for bonded warehouse goods. 
 
(II) Documents to be provided for outbound goods: 
 
1. Registration Manual. 
 
2. Enterprise application report. 
 
3. Import customs declaration form. 
 
4. Approval form for withdrawal of bonded warehouse goods. 
 
(III) Procedure:
 
Fill in the "Approval Form for Inbound/Outbound of Bonded Warehouse Goods"
 
→ Customs Review
 
→ Issuance of "Inbound/Outbound Slip for Bonded Warehouse Goods"
 
→ Cargo owner handles customs clearance procedures with the slip.
