1. Certificate of Quality Inspection is a valid document for the delivery and settlement of export goods and for the claim and settlement of import goods; the certificate for goods subject to statutory inspection is a legal document for the customs declaration and import/export of goods. The release order issued by the inspection authority and the release stamp affixed on the customs declaration form have the same customs clearance effect as the inspection certificate; the inspection notice issued is of the same nature as the inspection certificate.

It is applicable to commodities such as bristles, horsehair, hides, goat wool, feathers, human hair, etc., and is a valid document for foreign delivery, bank settlement, and foreign customs clearance.
 
6. Fumigation Certificate is a document used to certify that exported grains, oilseeds, beans, hides, and other commodities, as well as packaging timber and plant fillers, have undergone fumigation for pest control purposes.
