(1) All imported goods shall have their insurance premiums calculated according to this rate table. However, for goods listed in the specified goods rate table, the premium for All Risks insurance shall also include the specified goods rate. Special provisions shall apply where specified.
(2) For various bulk cargoes, as well as chemical fertilizers, sugar, grain, timber, oil (including oilseeds), live animals, and fresh fruits and vegetables, insurance liability shall terminate upon arrival at the destination port warehouse or yard. Should the aforementioned goods require transshipment to inland destinations, an additional premium shall be charged in accordance with the inland transshipment rate provisions.
(3) This table is calculated per hundred yuan.
