香港物流专线的操作流程

The operational process of the Hong Kong logistics dedicated line is a comprehensive procedure that requires prior confirmation and preparation, as well as close coordination and efficient execution among all links.

The Hong Kong logistics operational process typically includes: order confirmation, pickup, transportation, customs declaration, customs clearance, and delivery.

Below is the operational process of the Hong Kong logistics dedicated line of our company, Bofeng Logistics.

  • Order Confirmation: The first step in the Hong Kong logistics operational process is receiving and processing orders. This includes confirming detailed transport information (such as product name, quantity, number of pieces, weight, dimensions, loading/unloading addresses, and transport requirements). Based on customer needs, our company provides quotes and service proposals, and confirms the order once an agreement is reached. It also involves communication with the customer to ensure the transport service is arranged accurately.
  • Pickup: The second step in the Hong Kong logistics dedicated line operational process is pickup. Our company arranges for a vehicle to arrive at the loading address at the designated time to collect the goods as per the customer's requirements.
  • Transportation: After pickup, our company arranges the appropriate mode of transport for shipping. Depending on the different characteristics of the goods and the varying needs of customers, different transportation methods can be chosen, mainly divided into full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) transport. During transport, we procure corresponding cargo insurance to ensure the safety of the goods in transit.
  • Customs Declaration: According to customer requirements, the type of goods, and whether the customer company has import/export qualifications, our company provides customs declaration services such as general trade declaration, buying declaration, or manual customs declaration.
    • General trade declaration is a procedure for enterprises with import/export trading rights to declare at customs when conducting import/export trade for general trade goods.
    • Manual customs declaration is a type of customs duty-free supervision: commonly divided into processing trade manuals and processing with supplied materials manuals. Imported raw materials and auxiliary materials are not subject to tariffs; only the imported quantity is recorded in the manual issued by customs. When exporting, the quantity of finished goods exported is recorded in the manual. Upon contract or manual expiry, customs verifies the quantity of imported materials and exported finished goods. If goods are transferred to domestic sales, import tariffs must be paid.
    • Buying declaration, also known as general trade buying, is when a company without export rights purchases the name of a company with export rights to conduct export customs declarations. This is generally a customs declaration method for import/export procedures not involving tax refunds. Companies without import/export operating rights cannot apply for tax refund customs declarations; companies with import/export trading rights can also choose buying declaration instead of using their own company name.
  • Customs Clearance: After the goods arrive at the destination, customs clearance procedures must be completed. Import and export of goods both require customs clearance procedures. In accordance with relevant Hong Kong laws and regulations, the Hong Kong customs clearance process includes goods declaration, goods inspection, tariff collection, and goods release. Due to different laws and regulations between countries and regions, corresponding documentation must be prepared based on customs clearance requirements in different transport stages.
  • Delivery: The final step in the Hong Kong logistics dedicated line operational process is delivery. After the goods have passed customs inspection and been released, our company promptly contacts the consignee to discuss unloading matters and delivers the goods to the designated unloading address as per the consignee's requirements to complete the handover.

The above is the general operational process for the Hong Kong logistics dedicated line. The specific operational process may vary depending on the type of goods and order requirements.
