Pre-loading preparation directly determines transportation safety. A container that looks "good enough" may lead to total cargo loss during transit.

I. Pre-Loading Timeline

II. Empty Container Inspection SOP Checklist

After the trailer driver delivers the empty container to the factory, the following checks must be completed item by item before loading. If problems are found, request a container swap on the spot. Once cargo is loaded, any issues discovered thereafter become the shipper's responsibility.

2.1 Container Structure Inspection
