What conditions must an enterprise meet to declare customs?

Conditions for Applying for Self-Operated Import and Export Qualification:

1. Registered with the administrative department for industry and commerce and obtained the "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" or "Business License";

2. Registered capital (funds) not less than 500,000 RMB;

3. Completed tax registration and paid taxes in accordance with the law;

4. The legal representative or responsible person has not served as the legal representative or responsible person of an enterprise whose import and export qualification has been revoked within the past 3 years.

Data to Be Submitted for Applying for Self-Operated Import and Export Qualification:

1. A written application stating in the application: the enterprise's legal representative or responsible person has not served as the legal representative or responsible person of an enterprise whose import and export qualification has been revoked within the past 3 years (with comments from the municipal or county (city, district) foreign trade and economic cooperation bureau);

2. A copy of the "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" or "Business License" stamped with the certification seal from the industrial and commercial department confirming that this copy is identical to the original;

3. A copy of the "Tax Registration Certificate";

4. A copy of the "Organization Code Certificate";

5. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative or responsible person;

6. Non-legal person enterprises must provide a copy of the capital verification report issued by an accounting firm;

7. Other materials proving that the enterprise meets the conditions for applying for self-operated import and export qualification. After obtaining the import and export qualification, the electronic port IC card can be processed for customs declaration.
